Pure motorcycle action: W4-Cup in Schönau starts on July 27th!

Schönau im Mühlkreis, Österreich - On July 27, 2025, the fourth day of the Waldviertel Motocross Cup will take place in Schönau im Mühlkreis, Upper Austria. The organizer, the ECC Schönau, has put together an exciting program that attracts both the driver and fans. This weekend there are numerous motocross races and a special enduro race that will be held on Saturday, July 26th. This event becomes a motorsport highlight in the lower Mühlviertel. The ECC Schönau also ensures first-class meals with a giant tent and grills on both days.

On Saturday the club runs and the classes MX-Open, MX-2 and Upper Austria vs. Lower Austria start. The young classes (50/65/85 ccm) also have their place in the program. Prominent drivers such as the enduro specialist Anatol Jack Hofer and defending champion Daniel Hennerbichler provide professional support. The W4-Cup promises to show the first trends for the annual classification and to attract numerous drivers and fans in Schönau, as motorcycle reporter.

The races on Sunday, July 27, will cover final runs from the Waldviertel Motocross Cup. For participation, it should be noted that no entries are possible by email or telephone. Instead, forms are available in the nominal office. An important note for all participants is that there is no training option on the track, except for regular training before the races. The access to the paddock is only permitted until 10:00 p.m.

Thanks to the support of numerous sponsors and the committed volunteers, the ECC Schönau was able to implement this event. Preparations are already in full swing to make this motorsport weekend an unforgettable experience. Further W4 Cup runs are planned until the final in Schrems in October, so that the racing season in Upper Austria still has some exciting second events.
