Hiker in mountainous: Rescue from the high throne via ferrata!

In the past few days, the mountain rescue operations on the high throne via ferrata have made headlines. An inexperienced hiker who blindly followed the instruction of his navigation app came into a precarious situation. The 40-year-old originally wanted to reach the Stöhrhaus below the summit, but unintentionally landed on the entrance to the via ferrata. How Mangfall24 reported, he was soaked and without any alpine experience when he asked the mountain host of the Stöhrhaus for help.

The mountain rescue service was then alerted, which finally brought the man safely into the valley. After his rescue, he calmed down with a joint, which caused the mountain rescue guard to point out the risks of mountaineering. They emphasize that it is essential to combine the use of a navigation device with common sense, check the weather and plan the tour appropriately. The high throne via ferrata has the difficulty assessment c/d and is designed for experienced mountaineers.

Despite the poor visibility and the composite of the clouds, the mountain rescuers were finally able to penetrate the women. These were found in one place that was initially inaccessible to the helicopter. In the fog, the rescuers had to descend rope -safe over 200 meters of altitude. During the mission, the sky finally illuminated what enabled the helicopter to record one of the women and a rescuer with the winds. The two climbers were slightly hypothermic, but unharmed when the saving measures were completed.
