In Bad Salzuflen there was a break-in in a single-family home on “Kleines Holz” street on the night of July 16th to 17th, 2025. Unknown perpetrators damaged two doors and ransacked the entire premises. In addition to the material damage caused, furniture in the house was also affected. The perpetrators stole cash and a Playstation 5, making the break-in a significant financial burden for the homeowners affected. The case in Bad Salzuflen is not the only one affecting the region. On July 10th and 11th, 2025, a burglar was observed gaining access to another single-family home on Detmolder Strasse. According to radiolippe.de, the suspect ransacked several rooms looking for valuables. It is currently unclear whether anything was stolen. A witness was able to describe a man who was nearby at the time.
