Shock on the train: assault between Dresden and Plauen!
On August 12, 2025, around 7:00 p.m., a brutal assault occurred on a train on the route from Dresden to Hof and on a platform in Plauen. An even unknown perpetrator hit a passenger who traveled between Reichenbach in the Vogtland and Plauen, with his hand in the face. After the exit to Plauen, the attacker attacked again and hit the injured party on the head with a bag.
The federal police urgently search for the injured man. It is described as an Asian type, between 35 and 40 years old, about 1.70 m tall with short dark hair. At the time of the incident, he wore a black and gray striped T-shirt, a short blue trousers that were torn on the thighs, and white sports shoes. Black glasses and a red-black backpack were also part of its equipment. The police ask witnesses or persons with information on the identity of those involved to report to the Federal Police Inspection Klingenthal on 037467/2810.
