In a shocking incident at Leipzig Central Station last night, a violent argument emerged between two men that brought the police to the scene. At around half past ten, a patrol observed a 21-year-old German trying to hit his opponent on the head with a bottle. But the attacker found unexpected resistance: his victim was able to fend off the angry attacks and thus prevent anything worse from happening.
When the federal police arrived, the attacker fled, but was quickly discovered and arrested in front of the central bus stop. But the drama didn't end there! The arrested man reacted with brutal aggression and defended himself against the officers. But the police were determined to handcuff him and took him to the station. Now the man, who is known to the police, is facing investigations for grievous bodily harm, assault on law enforcement officers and resistance to state authority.
