Culture connects: First Bruchkult music evening in the Miltitz quarry!
Next Sunday, October 5, 2025, the new "Bruchkult" series of events will start in the Miltitz district. The opening event takes place in a former quarry, a place that should offer a special atmosphere for cultural events. Jacob Zschornak, a musician from Nebelschütz, developed the idea for this project. The aim of the series is to present different cultural genres such as music, readings and theater in Lausitz.
The kick -off event will start at 4 p.m. at the Krabatstein in Miltitz and promises a varied program with songs from Lausitz. There are three talented artists on stage:
Entry and event frequency
Admission to the first event of "Bruchkult" is free, which enables those interested in music to take part in without prior notice and to enjoy the musical diversity. The series should take place regularly, with the aim of offering one or two events per month. This offers an excellent opportunity for the local community to enjoy culture and support regional artists.
In order to learn more about the event, interested parties can visit the website lausitz.rocks that offers additional information about the artists and the program.
This new "Bruch cult" series is a promising example of how culture and community can be encouraged in Lusatia. The commitment of Zschornak and other artists will certainly help enrich the cultural landscape of the region and to spread joy.
