Rambazamba Island: An unforgettable festival under palm trees in Vogtland!

The Herlasgrüner Festival, which began on July 19, 2025 on the idyllic Rambazamba Island, captured the hearts of visitors over three days. The “entArtet” association put together a varied program that was particularly impressive with a beach feeling under palm trees and a colorful family celebration. Entry was free for everyone, which attracted numerous guests to celebrate and enjoy together.

The highlight of the opening evening was a pink mascot jumping through the party tent during the traditional tapping of the keg. To the sounds of the band “Halb so wild”, which kept the atmosphere going until after midnight, the participants were able to enjoy free beer and enjoy the exuberant ambience to the fullest. In addition to the musical program, there was also a lot to experience for the youngest festival visitors.

A variety of attractions for guests big and small

The program included exciting activities for children and families. A magical tent, a clown and creative stations provided a lot of joy and entertainment. A new attraction was the over 20 meter long bouncy castle with various climbing and sliding elements, which was particularly popular with younger visitors. Chill zones with loungers under palm trees and tent pagodas also offered guests the opportunity to relax.

The catering also left nothing to be desired. Visitors could choose between delicious cakes and hearty specialties from the wood-fired oven. In the evening, the festival grounds turned into a lively club night that started at 7 p.m. DJs warmed up the visitors with music from the 80s and 90s on two dance floors, while the headliner Djane ACINA from Dresden ensured special fun. Admission to the club night was 25 euros at the box office.

The finale: tractor pulling at its best

The crowning conclusion of the festival was the 7th Vogtland Tractor Pulling on Sunday, which started at 3 p.m. Even those who made a spontaneous decision were able to register here spontaneously. There was no predefined team size for the participants, but the maximum weight of all participants was limited to 600 kg. This competition attracted a large number of spectators and rounded off the festival in an exciting way.

The Herlasgrüner Festival on Rambazamba Island proved to be a complete success, attracting a wide audience with an extensive range of entertainment and culinary delights. An exhilarating celebration underlined the spirit of community and fun that characterized the festival and provided unforgettable moments.
