On a dramatic night on September 24, 2025, a 30-year-old German was seriously injured at the Dresden main station. At around 00:20 a.m., police officers found the man bleeding on the floor, while he complained about unbearable head and facial pain. He reported that he was attacked by a 16-year-old Afghan adolescent with fists and kicks.
The investigation quickly led to the suspect, which had just been involved in a dispute shortly before, in which he was wanted to steal his cell phone. Thanks to the careful passing of the person and an immediate search, the federal police were able to hold the youngsters on their living address. Now an investigation is underway for dangerous bodily harm.
