Starting signal for the new workshop: investments for Schönau and neighbors!
Five of nine association municipalities in the GVV Schönau in the Black Forest have given the starting signal for a joint association workshop. This affects the city of Schönau and the communities of Aitern, Böllen, Tunau and Wembach. In a unanimous decision, the local council decided to award the necessary planning services for the conversion and renovation work on the existing Werkhof building on Wiedlestraße.
The orders awarded include various planning services. The Hechinger planning company from Herbolzheim received the order for the building planning services worth approximately 152,450 euros. The office of engineer Rümmele from Zell was commissioned with around 30,460 euros for the structural planning. The local council also awarded the planning services for the HLS technical equipment to the Behringer engineering firm from Todtnau for around 26,890 euros. The MEPlus engineering office from Donaueschingen received the order for the ELT technical equipment worth approximately 29,000 euros.
Extensive measures planned
The planned measures that are now being initiated include not only the conversion, but also the renovation and expansion of the existing building infrastructure. This represents an important step in increasing the efficiency and performance of the shared workshop while at the same time taking modern standards into account.
The success of this project also depends on future-oriented planning, which is to be ensured by awarding contracts to experienced planning offices. The proposed measures and the selection of specialist planners are based on the aim of meeting regional needs in the best possible way.
