Young talents from Perg and Baumgartenberg are rocking the cultural summer!
On Friday, July 4th, visitors to the Pabneukirchen Cultural Summer can expect a special musical experience when the two talented 16-year-old singers Ines Hintersteiner and Victoria Reisinger take the stage. Their first appearance together takes place in front of the main act Christoph Lenz from Tragwein. They want to delight the audience with a program that includes duets as well as covers in German and English. This premiere is an exciting challenge for both of them and a valuable experience in their musical careers.
Ines visits the BORG in Perg, while Victoria visits the Europa-Gymnasium in Baumgartenberg. Both girls are already deeply anchored in music life. Ines sings in the Naarn youth choir and in the school choir at her educational institution, while Victoria, in addition to her singing studies, also has theater experience and has successfully performed her own piece.
Preparation for the event
In order to be optimally prepared for their performance, both singers regularly take singing and dancing lessons at the Grein Music School. This helps them hone their skills and perform harmoniously together. The rehearsals in the Naarn Youth Choir are firmly anchored in their annual routines, which are divided into two seasons: from March to July in the summer season and from October to December in the winter season. This concept allows the singers to concentrate during school hours and minimizes pressure during the holiday periods, as can be read on the youth choir's website jugendchor-naarn.webador.at.
We also have an eye on the girl group “taktgfühl” from Schönau. The group consists of Anna, Christina, Jasmin, Theresa and Verena and has been singing for a year. They have performed various performances at weddings and Christmas markets, which shows how diverse the region's music scene is. Her activities are also documented on Instagram under the username takt.gfuehl.
The event in detail
The event in Pabneukirchen starts at 6:30 p.m., the first performance starts at 7:30 p.m. In case of bad weather, the event will take place in the parish center. Christoph Lenz, who appears as the main act, brings poetic texts and stories to the stage that deal with everyday banalities and love. In addition, the Hauptis organic gourmet farm from Mönchdorf provides culinary offerings that round off the event.
