On July 5, 2025, the FitX studio in Leipzig-Neulindenau will celebrate an eagerly awaited reopening. After extensive renovation work, the location at Lützner Straße 179 has a new look and invites members and interested parties to a very special training experience. Prinz.de reports that free shakes will be offered on opening day to provide fresh energy for workout sessions.
The investment in the renovation amounted to around 750,000 euros. With a total area of around 2,800 square meters, the studio has been extensively modernized. New training equipment and sophisticated room concepts ensure a motivating training experience. Visitors can look forward to seven special training areas over three floors, including an enlarged “gym corner” for functional training and a 450 square meter course room equipped with new floors and an Ambilight lighting concept.
New member offer and course specials
As part of the reopening, there is an exclusive offer for new members: Registration fees of 29 euros will be waived for registrations between July 5th and 20th, 2025. In addition, an extensive course special will be offered from July 14th to 20th, 2025, in which 37 live courses per week will be held under an individual lighting concept. The FitX studio in Neulindenau is the chain's 72nd studio and was originally opened in November 2018. With a membership fee of 29 euros per month, members can train around the clock, including various amenities such as free drinks, showers and parking. A membership bracelet also enables training in over 100 FitX studios throughout Germany.
Modern training facilities and central location
The renovated studio offers an expanded variety of equipment, including a renovated free weights area with over three tons of dumbbells. The area for individual strength training, the modernized Lady Gym, is now available again. A newly designed X-Bar on the ground floor and first floor offers free drinks for all exercisers.
The central location of the studio is another advantage, as it is within walking distance of the “Saarländer Straße” stop (tram 8, 15; bus X5), and free parking spaces are available directly in front of the building. This ensures that access remains extremely easy for all members.
With the reopening of the FitX location in Leipzig-Neulindenau, a further step has been taken towards the most modern fitness offerings in the region, and the community is looking forward to many new faces and joint training sessions.
