Deutsche GigaNetz GmbH announces the expansion of a new fiber optic network in three districts of Leipzig. The districts of Engelsdorf, Sommerfeld and Althen are affected. Attractive offers for customers
Deutsche GigaNetz offers attractive conditions for new customers. If you sign a contract by August 18, 2025, interested parties will receive an early bird bonus of 150 euros and benefit from free home connections. The conditions for the expansion stipulate that at least 35% of households in the respective districts must order a fiber optic connection by January 9, 2026.
The tariffs for the new fiber optic connections start at just 9.99 euros per month in the first half of the year and can offer bandwidths of up to 2.5 Gbit/s for private customers. Business customers also receive tailor-made offers starting at 24.90 euros per month. Another highlight is the option to port your phone number and the option to book digital television. The basic fee for the new connection will be waived until the number is ported.
