New residential construction project in Lübeck: 28 condominiums on Falkendamm!

On Thursday, October 2, 2025, Mayor Jan Lindenau celebrated the progress of an important residential project on the Falkendamm construction site in Lübeck. The polier Jan Köpp from Friedrich Schütt + Sohn Baugesellschaft was also present in the solemn directional wreath ceremony, which was to symbolize the progress and the positive expectations of the project. He held a judgment and wished the course of the construction good luck.

The construction project provides for the construction of 28 condominiums in three apartment buildings on a generous 2,696 square meter property. These new buildings are identical and should fit harmoniously into the existing silhouette of the area.

A special challenge was the comprehensive pile foundation, which was carried out at 194 piles in order to stabilize the surface sufficiently. This measure is essential to offer future residents a safe home. The completion of the apartments is planned for the coming summer, and there are currently four apartments for sale. The entire project volume amounts to around 27 million euros.
