At the weekend, the federal police stopped two unauthorized entries into the border triangle with Poland and the Czech Republic! On November 15, 2025, around 8:00 p.m., a 41-year-old Pole was checked at Bautzen train station. He had previously been expelled from a train because he could not identify himself and did not have a ticket. He has been under an entry and residence ban since January 2025 and was deported to Poland just a few days ago. Now his stay has been ended again!
Both men now have to answer in court for their unauthorized entry and stay. The measures taken by the Federal Police show that border controls are taken seriously!
