Federal police stop wanted man: brass knuckles discovered in car!
On September 12, 2025, a Hungarian citizen (47) was checked by the federal police in Bautzen after he had recently left Autobahn 4. During the check it turned out that there was an arrest warrant for him. The man was sentenced to a fine of over 1,200 euros in September 2024 for driving license offenses and illegal possession of a stun gun. By paying this sum he avoided a 19-day prison sentence.
But the surprise didn't end there! During the inspection, a prohibited brass knuckles was found in the driver's door compartment. This led to another criminal complaint for violating the weapons law. Despite these serious allegations, the driver was ultimately allowed to continue his journey.
