Ebersbrunner Straße, 04249 Leipzig, Deutschland - On Friday evening, an accident occurred in which a 36-year-old German fell on Ebersbrunner Straße on Ebersbrunner Straße. The cyclist easily injured himself, but that was not the only problem: a breath alcohol test resulted in terrifying 2.1 per thousand! To make matters worse, the man also admitted to having consumed cannabis.

The police reacted immediately and took the cyclist to the hospital for medical care and blood sampling. Fortunately, no damage to property occurred on the bike, but the question remains: How responsible was his behavior really?
