Nativity play rehearsals in Seehausen: All children are warmly invited!

On November 1st, 2025 the Evangelical Lutheran Church begins. St. Jacobi community of Seehausen is hosting a particularly festive series of rehearsals for this year's nativity play. The first rehearsals start on December 1st and take place every Monday from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Kaemna Hall. Pastor Hannah Detken warmly invites all children, regardless of their age, to take part in this exciting project.

The nativity play offers different roles, both with and without text, so that everyone has the opportunity to actively participate. The highlight of this creative work will be the dress rehearsal on Tuesday, December 23rd at 11 a.m. in the church. In recent years, this tradition has established itself as a valuable community experience for children and families.

Invitation to participate

The event aims to not only introduce children to the Christmas story, but also give them the opportunity to discover and develop their acting talents. Rehearsals are an excellent opportunity to make friends and experience the anticipation of Christmas.

Anyone interested has the chance to become part of a traditional play that is both fun and provides educational insights about the Christmas season. So that everyone has the opportunity to secure a place in the nativity play, parents should inform themselves in good time about their children's participation.

With these rehearsals, the St. Jacobi community of Seehausen is not only committed to artistic education, but also to community building in the town. The events are open to all children and promote cooperation in the local community.
