On the night of Wednesday, June 25th, 2025, an incident occurred at the Münchhausenring in Hessisch Oldendorf that resulted in serious injuries. At around 8:45 p.m., a 37-year-old man from Duingen hit a 36-year-old victim in the head with a clay bowl. This attack resulted in serious head injuries to the victim, requiring immediate medical attention. Immediately after the incident, the victim fled through a ground floor window while the accused left the scene. Despite an immediate local search by the police, the attacker remained unidentified for the time being.
