Successful trainees in Sulz: Students find their dream job!

Sulz am Neckar, Deutschland - On July 13, 2025, the first trainee was held in Sulz am Neckar under the name Jobexperience in the castle. The event was primarily aimed at students from the main and secondary school as well as the high school, who are about to graduate and are looking for professional orientation. Many students and partly also their parents took the opportunity to find out more about various training opportunities. The high participation and positive feedback show that interest in career orientation is great.

The Jobexperience offered the participants a valuable platform to find out more about the local training opportunities. Around 12 companies from Sulz-Kastell and the Inpark A81 region presented a total of 22 different apprenticeships and 10 dual courses. The aim of the event was to prepare the students as best as possible for their career and to show them perspectives for the future. The concept, a practical professional orientation, was very well received by those present.

Various offers for the future

The offer of Jobexperience not only included the presentation of training positions, but also personal conversations between the company representatives and the students. This enabled the young people to gain valuable insights into the respective professional fields and to ask questions directly. The companies reported the requirements in their professions and gave useful tips for applications and interviews.
