Successful trainee fair in Sulz: Students find their dream job!

On July 13, 2025, the first trainee fair called JobXperience took place in the fort in Sulz am Neckar. The event was aimed primarily at secondary and secondary school students as well as high school students who are about to graduate and are looking for career orientation. Many students and some of their parents took the opportunity to find out comprehensive information about various training options. The high level of participation and positive feedback show that there is great interest in career orientation.

The JobXperience offered participants a valuable platform to find out about local training offers. Around 12 companies from Sulz-Kastell and the InPark A81 region presented a total of 22 different apprenticeships and 10 dual study programs. The aim of the event was to prepare the students as best as possible for their career entry and to show them prospects for the future. The concept, a practical career orientation, was very well received by those present.

Diverse offers for the future

The JobXperience offering not only included the presentation of training positions, but also personal discussions between company representatives and students. This enabled the young people to gain valuable insights into the respective professional fields and to ask questions directly. The companies reported on the requirements of their jobs and gave useful tips for applications and interviews.

Overall, the successful premiere of JobXperience shows how important such events are for regional career orientation. The students were not only able to find out about the requirements and content of the professions, but also got to know current trends and developments in the world of work. A success that will certainly result in a repeat of the trade fair next year.
