Raid, drugs and weapons: Chaos weekend at Dresden Central Station!
The Federal Police Inspection Dresden had a turbulent weekend from September 26th to 28th, 2025, which was characterized by several arrests and a variety of crimes. The main train station Dresden and the Dresden-Neustadt train station came into the focus of the operations. On Friday evening, a 44-year-old Ukrainian was discovered with an iron rod and a one-hand knife, against which is now being investigated for stealing and violations of the weapons law. A 21-year-old Syrian who insulted and disturbed the police also faces an investigation due to insult.
The scenario was repeated on Saturday: a patrolling federal police stated a 46-year-old German at the Dresden-Neustadt train station with a knife and animal defense spray. In the early morning hours of Sunday, September 28th, the police were informed about a robbery in which a 19-year-old Czech was threatened with a knife. Two 15-year-old Syrian suspects were arrested on site. They had a knife and cannabis with them. These cases now pursue the Saxons state police, which initiates the comprehensive investigation.
