Poland wanted to go to Germany despite the entry lock - the police are using!

A 50-year-old Pole was checked by a common patrol of the customs and federal police on Wednesday morning at the Hagenwerder border crossing. His plan to go to Poland was suddenly stopped because he was not allowed to stay in Germany. The immigration authority of the district of Göttingen had already withdrawn the right to entry and stay at the beginning of the year and asked him for immediate departure.

Despite multiple rejections - among other things in a control point on the motorway and through the Saxon police - the man did not seem to take his expulsion seriously. During the last check, he claimed to be just a few hundred meters from the Polish border and asked for permission to continue. But the officials could not be changed. After a new arrest and complaint about violation of the Free Upward Law, he was pushed back to Poland.
