The Dresden police once again deployed an impressive resource on Thursday! The officers, together with the riot police, checked 104 people on Prager Strasse and adjacent areas. The result? Two men, 19 and 20 years old, were temporarily arrested - and for good reason: there were arrest warrants against both of them, one comes from Iraq, the other is stateless.
But that wasn't all! A 42-year-old German, completely drunk with over 2 per mille, clearly showed his displeasure: During a check, he kicked a policewoman, who fortunately remained unharmed. A 22-year-old Syrian and a 29-year-old German were also caught for illegally carrying a one-hand knife. A total of 45 police officers were on duty to ensure security and order. An impressive day for the law enforcement officers!
