The federal police arrested a 50-year-old Bulgarian Bulgarians at the motorway crossing at Görlitz on Thursday night, who tried to enter Germany despite an existing driving ban. There was an enforcement arrest warrant against him, since he was sentenced to a fine of 900 euros by the Weißwasser district court almost a year ago, but had never paid it.

Shortly after his arrest, the man will pay the due punishment and additional procedural costs of EUR 419.60, so that there was no delivery to the correctional facility. The incident once again shows the strict enforcement of law and order at the German borders.
