A 39-year-old Romanian was arrested at the Breitenau border crossing at 5:45 a.m. on November 5, 2025 when he wanted to enter Germany. During a routine check, it was discovered that he had an international arrest warrant for drug-related crimes.
After his arrest, the man was taken to the Pirna district court. The arrest warrant was confirmed there, so he was immediately taken to the Dresden correctional facility. The federal police have successfully taken a wanted criminal out of circulation!
