One of the perpetrators demanded money and used an irritant spray device, causing the victim to suffer minor injuries and require hospital treatment. Another robbery occurred at the same time in Leipzig-Zentrum, where a 37-year-old woman was robbed by two young men at 3:50 a.m. They were 22 and 18 years old at the time of the crime and came from Tunisia. Robberies on elderly women
On June 15, 2025 there was also a handbag robbery in which a 74-year-old woman was attacked on Gerberstrasse. The unknown perpetrator attacked the woman from behind, stole her handbag and fled undetected. The robber is described as 20 to 25 years old, athletic, around 1.75 to 1.80 m tall and with black hair. Fire and traffic accident
