Saxon Youth Journalism Prize 2025: Talents from Leipzig!

Mediencampus Villa Ida, 04157 Leipzig, Deutschland - The award ceremony of the Saxon Youth Journalism Prize 2025 took place on Saturday in the media campus Villa Ida in Leipzig and celebrated the creative talent of young journalists: inside from all over Saxony. This year, a total of 33 prizes were awarded in different categories, which appreciate the diversity and commitment in the student press. Among the award -winning works were made from primary schools, special schools, high schools, high schools and community schools, individual contributions as well as photographs and illustrations. Funding prices for new start-ups, online appearances and cultural journalism were also awarded. According to Tixio had the excellent total expenditure of 100, 300 or 500 euros, while individual contributions were awarded 40, 60 or 80 euros.

These comprehensive evaluation standards are intended to ensure that the award -winning works represent high -quality and relevant contributions. This year there were 172 submissions, which is a significant increase in comparison to the previous year.

  - Best contributions from the field of culture: vouchers from cultural institutions in Saxony

A special award received the best articles from the field of cultural journalism, which were chosen with vouchers from cultural institutions in Saxony. These prices should promote interest in cultural issues and highlight the appreciation for the cultural diversity in Saxony.
