Jamie Hayter, the former AEW Women’s World Champion, was injured at the “Double or Nothing” event. Hayter was supposed to start a feud with the talented wrestler Thekla. Hayter attacked this on an episode of “Dynamite” on May 28th after Hayter lost to TBS Champion Mercedes Mone in the Owen Hart Foundation tournament. Unfortunately, Hayter has not been back in the ring since then and is currently not cleared for fights.

AEW's creative department was initially tight-lipped about plans for Thekla's debut EWrestling News confirmed.
