Moped friends gather: 21st International Meeting in Elben!

In Wenden-Elben, a small town in North Rhine-Westphalia, the Schönau moped friends are preparing for an exciting weekend. The 21st International Moped Meeting will take place from June 20th to 21st, 2025, attracting both guests and moped enthusiasts from across the region. The event will take place at the Schützenplatz in Elben and promises a mix of entertainment, petrol talks and passionate rides.

On Friday, June 20th, participants will begin arriving at 1 p.m. From 3 p.m., music and entertainment will set the mood, followed by a big evening party. The Mopedfreunde team has also taken care of your physical well-being, with a barbecue, coffee and drinks that will be available from 2:30 p.m. The meeting goes into the second round on Saturday.

Diverse program for all moped fans

Saturday starts with a shared breakfast and coffee from 8 a.m. Barbecue facilities will be available again from 11 a.m. before the official program opens at 1 p.m. There will be two moped rides on this day: the first for small license plates starts at 1:30 p.m., followed by the second for large license plates half an hour later. The trips each take about an hour.

A highlight will be the evaluation of the mopeds, which will take place from 4 p.m. The mopeds are graded by decade and can be rated by participants and visitors. These reviews must be submitted by 4:30 p.m. before the awards ceremony at 6:30 p.m. Prizes will be awarded for the furthest journey and the largest group of participants. Participants can end the day in a relaxed atmosphere with a campfire on Saturday evening.
