A short time later, they were able to arrest a 33-year-old suspect of Polish nationality in nearby bushes.

During the subsequent inspection, the officers discovered various tools and electronic devices for vehicles. In addition, a small amount of a white crystalline, suspected drug substance was seized. The suspect's vehicle and cell phone were confiscated and are being examined for forensics. The police have launched an investigation into suspected gang theft. According to blick.de, the 33-year-old was released after the police measures were completed on the order of the on-call public prosecutor because there was no damage to the vehicles.
