At around 4:02 p.m., a car blocked the tracks near the courthouse, which led to a short-term diversion of tram lines 12 and 15. However, the trains were able to run on their usual routes again around 5:00 p.m. after the tracks were opened. Construction site update
In order not to hinder progress, preparatory work on track repairs on Nordplatz should begin from February 24th. In the meantime, a rail replacement service (SEV) is planned for tram line 12 between Nordplatz and Gohlis-Nord, and the Leipzig transport company's timetables will be adjusted until April 6th. The Zoo and Lortzingstrasse stops will not be served during this time.
