Crowdfunding success: Lok Leipzig collects over 105,000 euros!

Leipzig, Deutschland - The 1. FC Lok Leipzig has achieved a remarkable success with its crowdfunding campaign and collected over 105,000 euros. The original goal of 100,000 euros was clearly exceeded. The campaign runs until Friday and pursues the goal of supporting the club on the way back to the 3rd league. This emotional milestone is celebrated against the background of a sensational season, in which hope for returning to the third highest German football league seems to be a reality after 27 years. As reported lvz.de planned.

The broad participation in the campaign is particularly gratifying. Supporters can look forward to various bonuses, including a dinner with coach Jochen Seitz or the sports director Toni Wachsmuth. In addition, a selection of "matchworn" jerseys and T-shirts of the project 3. League is offered. There is a certificate for every donation, so that support for the association can also be asserted for tax purposes. The link to the crowdfunding page is available here.

changes in the player contingent

While the crowdfunding campaign is flourishing, there are also personnel changes in the team. Central defender Nikola Aracic has left the club and switches to SC Wiedenbrück. His contract expires on June 30th. Aracic, who came from TSV 1860 Munich in the sore summer, could not prevail last season and only played in 13 regional league games. In central defense, he was positioned behind the players Lukas Wilton and Laurin von Piechowski and will now be looking for a new challenge.

The upcoming return to the 3rd league and the changes in the squad represent an exciting time for the club. With the support of the fans through the crowdfunding campaign, the 1. FC Lok Leipzig will do everything possible to realize this ascent and be successful in the future season.
