Cake for the youth: SV DKF Böhlitz-Ehrenberg starts a fundraising campaign!
Böhlitz-Ehrenberg, Deutschland - The SV DKF Böhlitz-Ehrenberg e. V. actively campaigns for the promotion of youth in the table tennis area and is planning a training camp that is to take place in Erdmannsdorf from December 12th to 14th, 2025. In order to cover the costs for this important event, the association has launched cake sales. The proceeds from this sale are required because eight out of 17 table tennis children and three trainers will take part in the training camp. This committed youth group is made up of 17 children and adolescents between the ages of 8 and 16, who are trained loudly under the guidance of Roman Stock, Christian Merbach and Stefan.
The SV DKF Böhlitz-Ehrenberg e. V., founded in 1949, has developed strongly since then. It is particularly gratifying that the number of members of the association has tripled in recent years. Lothar Lapön and later Maik Schwarze successfully led the club after the turn. During the Corona pandemic, the club remained stable and experienced only a small withdrawal, which underlines the club's solidity.

With a total of 380 members, SV DKF Böhlitz-Ehrenberg e. V. not only locally, but also regionally well anchored. The focus of the association is on popular sports, including a wide range of sports offers such as child sports, table tennis, badminton, Zumba, bowling and darts. The association also promotes competition sports in the badminton disciplines, table tennis and bowling. Each department pursues its own sporting objectives and works closely to strengthen the community.
The Department of Children's Sport plays a central role, since the association places particularly emphasis on the promotion of children and adolescents. The association is not only supported by memberships, but also by sponsorship. In particular, there is a need for new table tennis plates, networks, balls, jerseys and shorts to further improve the conditions for training.

The SV DKF Böhlitz-Ehrenberg e. V. also has a clear social attitude. The association is independent, non -profit and impartial. All members are equal and discrimination is rejected. Responsibility is emphasized in active participation in sporting events and competitions. The association actively contributes to local and regional development and social life in the district to combat loneliness and promote the community spirit.
The efforts of the association are pursued by the efforts of club members such as Christopher Werge, who is also committed as deputy mayor. Cake sales and participation in non -profit activities are another step in this direction. SV DKF Böhlitz-Ehrenberg e. V. shows that sporting activity not only promotes health, but also decisively contributes to social integration and a sense of community.
