A 54-year-old driver became the cause of a dramatic accident in the afternoon on Frankenberger Straße. After a turning maneuver, she collided with a 46-year-old cyclist who was traveling in oncoming traffic. The impact was violent! The cyclist fell and contracted serious injuries. Emergency doctor and rescue workers hurried to the scene of the accident and took him to the hospital immediately after the first aid.

The collision caused a total damage of around 2,200 euros on both vehicles. The police continue to investigate the exact circumstances of the incident.
