Polish drug judgment fails when you return and ends up in jail
Ludwigsdorf, Deutschland - A 28-year-old Pole was arrested on Tuesday at the Görlitz motorway limit when he tried to enter Germany. The man was sentenced to a fine of 3,200 euros in December 2022 by the Bayreuth District Court for violations of the Narcotics Act, but had ignored the penalty order.
The Bayreuth public prosecutor's office then issued an enforcement recruitment warrant and gave out a search for a search. In his entry test, the emergency services came up with the request and arrested him.
