On Tuesday, August 26, 2025, a man at the main train station caused excitement when he hit the floor wildly with a hammer -like object. DB service employees noticed the hustle and bustle and alerted the federal police immediately. There the officers met a 37-year-old German who had a backpack with him. The stem of an outdoor hammer protruded from this.
When checking the backpack, four sharp kitchen knives with a blade length of 12.5 cm each were discovered. After a comprehensive review, the man was finally released from the service rooms. The action raises questions, but the incident ended without major incidents.
