Graffiti attack in Bischofswerda: perpetrator caught while painting over it!
On the afternoon of August 22, 2025, a 27-year-old man wanted to cover graffiti that had been sprayed there the night before with black paint in a newly tarred Deutsche Bahn AG parking lot in Bischofswerda. Witnesses observed the crime and immediately informed the federal police. Thanks to the quick support of the state police, the suspect was arrested.
The federal police have now initiated an investigation into property damage. The damage caused is estimated at a four-digit amount, although an exact amount has not yet been determined.
