In a spectacular incident on Wednesday morning, September 24, 2025, the Federal Police Inspection Dresden arrested a 27-year-old Romanian citizen when he was traveling from Bad Schandau to Dresden Central Station on a train. The officials checked the man around 5:30 a.m. and discovered an arrest warrant from the Berlin public prosecutor's office against him.
The reason for the arrest? The 27-year-old could not pay an outstanding fine! He was immediately taken into custody. Another proof that the authorities act determined to enforce the law!
