On the night of June 22, 2025, at 12:45 a.m., passers-by alerted the Chemnitz Federal Police Station about an injured man at Chemnitz main train station. When emergency services arrived, they found a 31-year-old Syrian man with a laceration to his forehead and a profusely bleeding nose. Immediate first aid was administered and emergency services were called to take the man to a nearby hospital.
During medical care, an incident occurred with a 19-year-old Ukrainian woman who massively disturbed the officers. She insulted the emergency services, filmed them with her cell phone and even attacked them violently. She now faces charges of assaulting law enforcement officers. The situation was tense as police tried to maintain control of the situation.
