Cannabis control at Dresden-Neustadt train station: 25-year-old stopped!

On Sunday, August 3, 2025, the officers at the Dresden Federal Police Inspectorate had their hands full! A 25-year-old Tunisian was stopped when he drove a white Mercedes Sprinter onto the Dresden-Neustadt train station without permission. The police were informed about the unauthorized vehicle around 2:30 p.m. and immediately took control.

What the police discovered caused alarm bells to ring: there was a small amount of a green substance on the dashboard, which initial findings suggested could be cannabis. The driver also admitted to having consumed cannabis the previous evening. Several proceedings were initiated against him.
