Ebersbach federal police stop unauthorized entry: two arrests!

On December 2, 2025, the Ebersbach Federal Police Inspectorate carried out two failed entries during increased border controls. A 37-year-old Ukrainian was stopped on Zittau Friedensstrasse at 7:55 a.m. He could only identify himself with a Czech certificate confirming that he had lost his Ukrainian passport and his Czech residence permit. However, this inadequate documentation was not allowed to cross the border. The Ukrainian was banned from entering the country, reported and sent back to Poland.

In another incident, an Uzbek man was stopped at the border, details of which have not yet been made public. The federal police are continuing their rigorous controls to prevent unauthorized entry.
