Control brought to light: The young woman was traveling with more than 1.3 per thousand at the wheel of a Kia Sportage! A terrifyingly high alcohol level that carries high risks.

The officials acted immediately: they withdrawn from the driver's license and initiated a blood sample. A clear indication that drunkness is not tolerated at the wheel!
