Aggressive man in the main train station: police stops dangerous outbreak

On Monday morning, July 7, 2025, a 22-year-old German caused trouble in Dresden Central Station. The aggressive man verbally attacked travelers, which made passers -by to alert the federal police. When the officials arrived, they immediately noticed his nervousness and impending attitude. He confessed to wear a knife in his hoodie and handed it over to the police.

The situation escalated dramatically when the man despite several requests to drop a glass bottle, remained aggressive and finally hit a federal police officer on the face. In order to calm the situation, the officers brought the attacker to the ground and captivated him. During the search, the police found a crystalline substance in his underpants. However, the injured policewoman remained on duty. An investigation against the 22-year-old was initiated for dangerous bodily harm and resistance to enforcement officers.
