There was a dramatic accident between a Mercedes GLE 500 and a caravan on Autobahn 14! A 66-year-old driver was traveling towards the Nossen triangle when he collided with the caravan while changing lanes. The vehicle spun around and overturned - a terrifying moment for everyone involved! Fortunately, both drivers only sustained minor injuries, but the exact nature of their injuries remains unclear. Witnesses reported a shocking scene: the Mercedes driver caught himself taking two empty beer cans out of the car and throwing them onto the grass verge.
The police reacted immediately and ordered blood samples to be taken because the Austrian is now being investigated for endangering road traffic. The motorway had to be closed in the direction of the Nossen triangle for around three hours while recovery and rescue were carried out. The exact extent of the damage is still unclear, but the danger on the roads remains a burning issue!
