Thekla, Deutschland - Jamie Hayter, the former Aew Women’s World Champion, is currently out of action due to a legitimate injury. Her last appearance took place on May 25, 2025 during the event AEW Double Or Nothing, where she lost to Mercedes Mone in the final of the Owen Hart Foundation Women’s Tournament. After this fight, in which she was injured, she was excluded from the following edition of AEW Dynamite on May 28th when an attack was staged by the new wrestler Thekla to create a storyline for her absence. Wrestling Observer Radio reports that Hayter suffered the injury against Mone during her match. This situation was optimized by a staged angle in which the lights went out during the attack of Thekla, which led to their exclusion and from then on causing confusion as far as their condition is concerned.
