Attention coffee lovers: New café in Eutritzsch celebrates its opening!

On October 10, 2025, coffee lovers in Leipzig are looking forward to the opening of a new factory outlet café in Eutritzsch. Gabriel Keuters, the operator, combines his passion for coffee with creative enjoyment in his café in Plagwitz and the roastery. His interest in coffee developed while traveling in Colombia and Peru, where he discovered the diversity of coffee cultures.

The new roastery offers an exquisite selection of coffee beans. The beans come from countries such as Peru, Ethiopia, Brazil, Uganda and India. In the near future, Keuters even plans to import its own coffee to expand its product range. The specialties on offer include the “Bold Energy Blend”, a strong and chocolaty coffee with a hint of cherry that delights both locals and tourists.

Creative drinks and culinary influences

The café is much more than just a place for the best cup of coffee. It also offers seasonal drink specials like Espresso Orange Tonic and Pumpkin Spice Latte. Keuters' Mexican roots are reflected in the menu, which includes quesadillas and aguas frescas - a delicious addition for those looking for a little pick-me-up.

To properly celebrate the new location, Keuters is organizing a special event on opening day, October 17th. Visitors can look forward to free coffee and musical accompaniment from hip-hop DJs. This promises to be a highlight for all coffee lovers and music fans.

Sustainability in focus

Nowadays, coffee consumers are also concerned with questions of sustainability and environmental friendliness. Providers like Wild coffee have therefore committed themselves to the sustainable processing of green coffee varieties. Emphasis is placed on reusing boxes and filling materials in shipping. Waste products, such as the skins, are used in a biowaste recycling plant to produce biogas.

The coffee bags are recyclable and can be disposed of in the yellow bag. This is part of a larger goal to promote a circular economy for the sustainable reuse of resources. The freshest possible coffee is shipped directly after ordering, ensuring a more environmentally friendly process and higher quality.

With these innovative approaches and a clear passion for coffee, combined with a creative and sustainably oriented menu, Gabriel Keuters positions himself not only as a coffee roaster, but also as a pioneer in Leipzig's coffee culture. So the coming weeks could be the ideal time to discover Keuters' latest creations while supporting responsible consumption.
