Lok Leipzig with a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Babelsberg

On Friday evening, September 26th, 2025, Lok Leipzig welcomed SV Babelsberg 03 in their home stadium. In the 75th minute, Babelsberg's coach Ermel was sent off with a red card, which further heated the mood on the bench. Despite their efforts, the guests were unable to equalize. Lok Leipzig defended its 1-0 lead until the final whistle and celebrated its eighth win in a row.

After a supposedly less dramatic twenty minutes in the second half, Lok Leipzig was able to safely bring the game home. The next game for Leipzig is against Carl Zeiss Jena on Wednesday, while Babelsberg hosts Hertha Zehlendorf next weekend.
