Thousands celebrate Summer Night: Tivoli Festival delights Holzhausen!
On August 11th and 12th, 2025, the 38th “Tivoli” summer night festival took place in Holzhausen, a small district of Königsberg with around 300 residents. The event attracted thousands of visitors who enjoyed numerous attractions in the brilliant summer weather. Music, food and drinks created a festive atmosphere that appealed to both locals and out-of-town visitors. The Holzhäuser bratwurst, whose recipe is a well-kept secret of Sportfreunde Holzhausen, was one of the main culinary attractions and was very well received by the guests.
The festival took place on Monday, August 11th, from 7:00 p.m. and offered a varied program. The Gaudi Franconians provided musical entertainment and heated up the atmosphere. A special highlight was the fireworks display that lit up the night sky over Holzhausen around 10 p.m. Admission was free, making the event accessible to everyone. On the Saturday before the main day, the Franconian Robbers also performed, which made the musical offering even more diverse.
