In the early afternoon of October 15, 2025, a 14-year-old boy was robbed in Leipzig-Gohlis-Mitte. At around 1:45 p.m., the young person was threatened by several unknown young people at the Georg-Schumann-Strasse/corner of Lindenthalerstrasse stop. The perpetrators pushed the victim into a house entrance and held him there.
As part of the attack, two of the perpetrators used the alleged irritant gas and verbal threats. They forced the boy to show his wallet, from which they took cash. After the crime, the perpetrators fled the area on a tram.
Description of the perpetrator and investigation
The 14-year-old was uninjured in the attack. At 4:40 p.m. he saw the young people on a sports field on Sasstrasse and immediately informed the police. They have now started investigating the robbery and are looking for further witnesses. The police describe the perpetrators as follows:
- Person 1: ca. 15-16 Jahre alt, ca. 1,85 m groß, kräftige Statur, komplett dunkel gekleidet.
- Person 2: ca. 13-14 Jahre alt, ca. 1,75 m groß, schlanke Statur, dunkles, welliges Haar, spricht gebrochenes Deutsch, trägt eine dunkle Strickjacke.
- Person 3: ca. 11-12 Jahre alt, ca. 1,55-1,60 m groß, dünne Statur, dunkles Haar mit Basecap, ebenfalls komplett schwarz gekleidet.
