Customs investigation strikes: 250 kilos of water pipe tobacco seized!

Customs investigators in Dresden launched a massive strike against the illegal production of hookah tobacco on Tuesday morning! In a large-scale operation, around 70 customs officers searched eight objects in Leipzig and the surrounding area. The result: a staggering 250 kilograms of smoking tobacco and 400 liters of glycerin were confiscated, as well as numerous other raw materials and counterfeit packaging materials.

But that's not all! At least 250 kilograms of self-produced water pipe tobacco and a significant amount of cash also fell into the hands of the investigators. The searches are related to suspected gang tax evasion and were carried out on behalf of the Leipzig public prosecutor's office. Germany's customs department shows once again that it is taking uncompromising action against the black market and tax fraud!
