A 31-year-old Moroccan had to learn a bitter lesson today at Leipzig Central Station: Smoking can have serious consequences in Germany! The man was caught by federal police officers smoking on the platform. When he refused to pay the fine of 20 euros, the officers went one step further and checked his personal details.
